Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PayXGen platform ("Service") operated by PayXGen, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

PayXGen is a SaaS platform that integrates Stripe and PayPal to help digital businesses manage products, generate checkout links, track transactions, and analyse revenue in a unified dashboard. PayXGen is not a payment processor — payment processing is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal under their respective terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may not share your account with others or use another user's account.

• PayXGen offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
• Payments for PayXGen subscriptions are processed via OxaPay (cryptocurrency). All amounts are shown in EUR.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@payxgen.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products or services.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems without authorisation.
• Engage in fraud, chargebacks abuse, or money laundering.

PayXGen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All platform software, design, and content are the property of PayXGen, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business purposes. You retain ownership of your own content and transaction data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayXGen, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PayXGen in the three months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with Stripe, PayPal, and other third-party providers. PayXGen is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services. Their use is governed by their own terms and conditions.

You may cancel your account at any time from within the dashboard. PayXGen may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
