We collect the following personal data when you register or use our platform:

• Account information: full name, email address, and company/platform name provided during registration.
• Billing information: subscription plan and payment status. We do not store raw card numbers — payment processing is handled by OxaPay and Stripe.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction logs used to improve the platform.
• Transaction data: records of payment transactions processed through your connected Stripe and PayPal accounts.

• To provide and operate the PayXGen platform and your dashboard.
• To authenticate your account and maintain security.
• To process subscription billing for paid plans.
• To display transaction analytics and revenue reporting within your dashboard.
• To send account-related notifications (security alerts, billing receipts).
• To improve platform features based on aggregated usage patterns.

We integrate with the following third-party services to deliver the platform. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• PayPal — payment processing (paypal.com/privacy)
• Supabase — secure database and authentication infrastructure
• OxaPay — cryptocurrency payment processing for PayXGen subscriptions

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest via Supabase) to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-dashboard notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
